The baking tin has the brass edge reinforced by an iron rod which avoids deformation; it’s hammered to give the material stability and resistance and finally hand tin-plated with 100% pure virgin tin with origin certificate according HACCP standards for aliments. The quality of realization ensures a perfect thermal conductivity getting in such a way a uniform heat distribution on the whole surface that allows a considerable energy saving. This baking-tin is suitable for either wood-fired or electric oven; ideal for chickpeas flour, Ligurian cheese focaccia and “castagnaccio” (chestnut cake).
